Maku is distributed on Steam and uses Steam's Steamworks features, including achievements/stats and Steam Cloud saves. When you play Maku through Steam, Valve Corporation ("Steam") automatically collects and processes certain data as part of providing those features — for example, your Steam account ID, achievement and stats progress, and your save data synced via Steam Cloud. This data is collected and handled by Valve under Steam's own Privacy Policy, not by us directly; we don't receive or store this information ourselves.
